  4. Dans des moules à muffins chevaucher vos lamelles de pomme de terre sur le bords du moule. Mettre 25gr Merzer couper en fines lamelles puis refaire deux rondes de lamelles de pomme de terre. Au centre mettre une tranche de bacon pliée en 4 et les 5gr de Merzer restant au centre de la rose.
  5. Enfourner 45 min à 180°C (vérifier la cuisson personnellement j'ai réalisé cette recette au cake factory)
  6. Il est possible d'ajouter une viande. Moi j'ai pris l'option fricassée de champignons et salade 🤤
