  3. Ensuite travailler la pâte rapidement de  manière à l'assouplir.


    Préchauffer le four à 180°C.


    Étaler la pâte sur un bon cm d'épaisseur, et y découper des formes à l'emporte pièce.
  4. ATTENTION lorsque le sablé dore légèrement sur les côtes les sablés sont cuits.


    Rouler les biscuits tout juste sortis du four dans le sucre glace.
